frozen between us and you. That means we use a
faster but more expensive "within 24 hours"
delivery service. We also use dry ice and special
packaging to keep the contents exceptionally
fresh/frozen. |

suitable for home freezing? |

| Yes, but ensure you
separate individual fresh fillets or
whole fish before freezing or prepare fish to
your requirements. seafood may be placed on a
suitable tray to freeze then packed
into freezer bags or packed into
individual bags and placed directly into the
freezer - try to exclude as much air as possible
from inside the packaging as this will help
maintain the quality of your fish and
seafood. Recommended storage times are given
on our web site but will be dependant on the star
rating of your freezer. We recommend that you
refer to guidelines given by the manufacturer of
your appliance. |
